Project Overview

CHALLENGES:

Dr Oreski felt he could get better results from his ads and wanted a 2nd opinion. We audited the account and amade some drastic changes to combat wasted spend.

STRATEGIES IMPLEMENTED:

Wasted Spend: The Bergen County Therapists Google Ads account had many Campaigns with many Ad Groups and lots of Keywords within each ad group causing wasted spend. We reviewed their Cost Per Lead target and pruned the account to ensure it is continuously profitable each month withhout adding budget.

Improved Targeting: There are many aspects that go into optimizing an account to ensure the ads show in front of the correct target audience. We slowly adjusted the account to make changes without too much disruption. We continue to optimze the account to target the higest converting audience.

Google Ads Magic: Even during a historically difficult time during the pandemic, The Sage Agency has been sprinkling their magic on Bergen County Therapist’s Ads campaigns growing the account and profit. This includes keyword reesearch, AI enhanced ad copy, and account management to ensure profitability.

RESULTS:

Continuous Growth: The Google Ads continue to help Dr Oreski grow his practice four years later, add new therapists to his team, new languages to reach more clients and help improve the Bergen County community.

We only add budget strategically and multiple times we have reduced the budget due to receiving too many leads.

“I need to either pause or drastically reduce our Google Ads spend. Not for any negative reason but because we are totally booked and unable to take any more appointments. It seems crazy to keep advertising since we have a waiting list at this point for our services.”
